Maxine Stevenson

Born in Virginia and raised in The Bronx, Maxine Stevenson has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that’s transformed the area into one of the up-and-coming sought-after destinations.  She has taken the knowledge learned in a career of management at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Hospital, New York, NY to segway into Real Estate.  Her exceptional knowledge of the market of the Bronx, coupled with her seasoned insider expertise having lived in and sold numerous properties throughout the Bronx, makes Maxine the unequivocal go-to-resource for all your real estate needs.

Maxine takes a holistic approach to her practice.  She understands the importance of affordability, aesthetic appeal, and comfort.  She’ll help you understand what it is you’re actually looking for.  She thoroughly loves her work, and enjoys the fantastic people she meets every day – many of whom become her neighbors and friends. “She has the best job in the world. It’s like she’s in Vegas every day; you just never know what will happen when you go to work in the morning, and to her that’s very exciting.”

As your REALTOR, Maxine will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price in the least amount of time, by using state of the art technology, team collaboration and superior marketing materials. If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

Maxine understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full time REALTOR, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through constant communication, and by being accessible whenever you need her.

When not assisting clients, Maxine continues to volunteer as an Advocate at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Hospital and in her Community helping to stop domestic violence and sexual abuse.  She relaxes by spending time with her family, entertaining her friends, traveling and the monthly getaway to her daughter’s home in Virginia to spend quality time with her two beautiful grandchildren.

“It would be a pleasure and an honor to work for you!”
